TVS Super XL has been incorporated with all features a two-wheeler needs to sell itself. The vehicle has been designed with rural vehicles in mind. With proper safety, speed and easy-to-ride features, it has been able to taste success in its target market. It was launched by TVS to challenge the dominance of Kinetic in the moped segment, and it was a success.

Looks and Styling

The multi-reflector headlight improves visibility while flashy decals add to the appeal of the Super XL. The moped uses telescopic spring for front suspension while swing arm with hydraulic shocks work at the rear. Color options available are red, black, blue and green.

Control and Comfort
The 110mm dia rear brakes in the Super XL make sure improved safety while easy wheel removal due to the QD wheel system. The moped has a 4-litre fuel tank. The auto wet clutch system provides reliability while the bigger seat provides for an enjoyable ride.

Apart from push button, the moped also has kick start system. So if push button is not working for some reason, you can always use kick start. The moped ensures better safety with its 110mm dia rear brakes and has got inbuilt easy wheel removal mechanism.

Engine

The Super XL comes with a single cylinder, two-stroke engine that churns out a displacement of 69.9cc. The engine delivers a peak power of 3.5 bhp at 5000 rpm and a peak torque of 5 Nm at 3750 rpm. The moped has fuel capacity of 4 litres and reserve fuel capacity of 1 litre.

Front suspension has oil-filled telescopic spring assisted shocks while the rear suspension has adjustable hydraulic spring arm shocks. It has single speed gear box with roller chain drive. Both front and rear brakes are drum brakes.
